Bypas provides custom business automation solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any third-party rights or platform terms of service
• Provide accurate information for project requirements
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom code developed for your project becomes your property upon full payment
• We retain the right to use general techniques and methodologies in future projects
• You grant us permission to showcase your project in our portfolio (unless opted out)

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon for each project individually. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• Final payment upon project completion
• Additional features or scope changes may incur extra charges

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• We will provide you with all completed work and relevant documentation

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
